About the artist
Cassie "cassimonium" Simpson is a photographer from the Mat-Su Valley, Alaska.
She recently graduated form the University of Alaska Anchorage with a BA in Justice and is currently enrolled in a hairdressing program. Her hobbies include photography, hairdressing, music, knitting, crocheting, quilting, and may soon include watercolor painting!
Cassie has been taking photographs for as long as she can remember. However, it was not until receiving her first digital camera as a Christmas present in 2003 from her father that she became serious about it.
